Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal
   Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods. To exercise this right, the customer must submit a return request via their customer account on pulsar-benelux.com.

2. Return Procedure
   Upon approval of the return request, the customer will receive a return shipping label. The customer is required to return the goods in new and unused condition, including all original packaging and accessories.

3. Return Shipping Costs
   The cost of the return shipping label amounts to €4.95, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Refunds
   Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment once the returned goods have been received and inspected. Pulsar Benelux reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned goods have been checked and confirmed to comply with the conditions stated above.

5. Condition of Returned Goods
   Goods must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in new condition. Products showing signs of use or damage may not be eligible for a full refund. In such cases, Pulsar Benelux reserves the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund to cover the depreciation in value.
