Shipping & Returns

We want you to enjoy shopping with us. That’s why we keep shipping and returns clear and straightforward.

Shipping

  • Free shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium.

  • Orders placed on business days before 15:00 (CET) are shipped the same day.

  • Orders placed during the weekend are shipped on Monday.

  • Once your order has been processed in our warehouse, you will receive a track & trace code to follow your shipment.

  • Please note: due to local regulations, some products cannot be delivered to Belgium. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Returns

  • You have 30 days after receiving your order to register a return via your customer account.

  • After registration, you will receive a return label. The cost of this label is €4.95 and will be deducted from your refund.

  • Returned items must be in new condition and in the original, undamaged packaging.

  • If a return does not meet these conditions, Pulsar Benelux reserves the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund.

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method once the returned items have been received and inspected.
