We want you to enjoy shopping with us. That’s why we keep shipping and returns clear and straightforward.
Shipping

Free shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium.

Orders placed on business days before 15:00 (CET) are shipped the same day.

Orders placed during the weekend are shipped on Monday.

Once your order has been processed in our warehouse, you will receive a track & trace code to follow your shipment.

Please note: due to local regulations, some products cannot be delivered to Belgium. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your order to register a return via your customer account.

After registration, you will receive a return label. The cost of this label is €4.95 and will be deducted from your refund.

Returned items must be in new condition and in the original, undamaged packaging.

If a return does not meet these conditions, Pulsar Benelux reserves the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund.

Refunds are made to the original payment method once the returned items have been received and inspected.
